This Harrar has been processed WASHED with Carbonic Maceration for 72 hours, so you will enjoy the attributes of its Terrior and delicious characteristics of its variety. It is a delicious Ethiopian variety, which grows in Salvadoran clay loam soil, in the Department of Usulután at 1500 meters above sea level. It was slow dried under shade in African Beds.
 
This great coffee has notes of Darjeeling Black Tea, White Grapes, sweet honey and its characteristic interesting note of tropical fruits such as Carambola. It has an intense and sweet fragrance.  
 
It is a Typical genetics, the Harrar variety (Harar or Harraghe) comes from the area with the same name, very popular for the high quality cup of its varieties.
